Return Process

  Ensure your skates or accessories are unused, have not been heat-molded, and include all original tags and packaging components.

  Submit Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in a shipping box to prevent damage to the product packaging and attach the provided return shipping label to the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund
