Bont skates do not follow standard shoe sizing. Please use our online size wizard by measuring your foot length in millimeters to ensure a perfect, snug fit for maximum performance.
Can I heat mold my boots at home?
Yes, most Bont boots feature our proprietary resin technology that allows for heat molding in a conventional oven. Detailed instructions are provided on our 'Heat Molding Guide' page.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Customized skates and boots are handcrafted to your specifications. Production typically takes 8-12 weeks, followed by 3-5 business days for international shipping.
What is your return policy for performance skates?
We accept returns on stock items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or heat-molded boots are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide from our regional hubs. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
What warranty is provided on Bont products?
We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This covers structural integrity but does not include normal wear and tear or crash damage.
